🐾 Important Information for Your Pet’s Stay

📅 Arrival & Departure

• Both arrival and departure days are charged in full, as billing is based on calendar days, not nights.

• Cash only – please bring the exact amount on the handover day.

🚗 Saturdays

• Please plan accordingly: the boarding facility closes at 12:00 noon on Saturdays.

• Late pick-ups (e.g., due to traffic or flight delays) can only take place on the next working day (usually Monday).

💊 Medication

• Must be registered in advance.

• €5.00 per administration

  • Example: 2x daily = €10.00/day, 3x = €15.00/day

  • More frequent doses = individually agreed

• Ensures reliable care without disrupting the routine.

🩺 Veterinary Treatment

• Vet costs are covered by the pet owner.

• Plus €30.00 handling fee (time & travel).

🚫 Sundays & Public Holidays

• No customer traffic (drop-off/pick-up/visits).

• Full care is still guaranteed behind the scenes.

💶 Prices

All prices are final and include VAT.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• 3 weeks before stay: 60 %

• 2 weeks before: 70 %

• 1 week before: 80 %

Careful planning means we may have turned away others – thank you for understanding.

We warmly welcome new clients – especially during Pentecost and summer holidays.
Please book early to ensure the best possible care and a relaxed stay for your pet.
